Hi, I’m Amanda!
I’m a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach with advanced training in gut health, hormone balance, and mindfulness-based lifestyle change. My work blends science-backed nutrition with a grounded, approachable style that helps women feel steady, clear, and deeply supported as they rebuild their health.
After more than a decade managing hotels, wellness studios, and guest experiences, I’ve learned that real transformation comes from daily rituals, nervous-system support, and nutrition strategies that actually fit a woman’s real life. Today, I bring that blend of structure, empathy, and evidence-based guidance to my coaching and my writing at Nourished Content.
