Hi I'm Amanda!
As a board-certified health coach and graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, I have always been passionate about helping people take control of their health and wellness. With my two advanced certifications in gut health and hormone healing, I bring a holistic approach to my coaching that is focused on empowering
my clients to make sustainable lifestyle changes that will benefit their physical and mental well-being.
As the studio manager and nutrition educator at REV fitness in San Diego, I have the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients with diverse health and wellness goals. Whether you are looking to lose weight, manage stress, or simply adopt a healthier lifestyle, I can help you develop a personalized plan that takes into account your unique needs, preferences, and goals.
