Our initial sessions will be dedicated to assessing your current wellness and creating a personalized plan to fit your unique needs and goals.
Everyone has pain points when it comes to achieving full body wellness. I’ll work closely with you to help identify and overcome your triggers & roadblocks.
Since achieving wellness is more than just exercise and diet, I’ll be guiding you toward other helpful practices such as tapping into your home and work life; your creativity and spirituality; joy and relationships & more.

Health Coaches are the future! Health Coaches fill in the gaps between what the healthcare industry traditionally provides and what many people need.
In the conventional healthcare system that we’re all used to, physicians often have to limit the length of appointments, which means spending less time with their patients. And while a very strong connection exists between diets and health, many medical professionals do not have adequate education in nutrition — specifically whole foods nutrition — to provide the kind of guidance and support that patients need. Certified health coaches can spend more time with patients & help them make the connection between what they eat and how it affects their health. Everyone is unique—there’s no “one size fits all” diet or treatment plan. Your health coach knows this and will take the time to get to know you, your habits, your current diet, and your health and wellness goals, as well as any history you have with previous diets and exercises. They’ll work with you to outline a plan tailored to your unique story and needs that sets you up to reach your unique goals.

What Can I Expect?
We will define the specific areas of your health you would like to focus on. You will decide the best day and time in your schedule for your sessions, every other week, for 6 months. Sessions will last 50 minutes & usually end with up to 3 specific recommendations to integrate into your lifestyle. You will have access to a variety of recipes, and the tools in place for your personal Pick Six Method. In between sessions, you will be able to text message me during business hours for any support or guidance you may need! I offer a free 20 minute session to everyone interested in my coaching practice & I can provide even more details then.
What is working with Amanda like?
Even if you are new to the process of finding a health coach, you'll quickly recognize we are not all the same. We will have different styles, a different focus & a varying knowledge base. My coaching style is very client-centered, so while I have my standard curriculum & methods in place, we will likely venture to different areas of life, and no one's path will be identical. I will lead you in a direction that is best for you, not a cookie-cutter guideline. I will never push you to a certain agenda and I will always remember that you know your body best. My specialty and where my interest lies is in Gut Microbiome health and repair, a mind body spirit connection using my Pick Six Method to Wellness & weight management. Your goals, your feelings and your health is what I dedicate myself to. I can't wait to get to know you & get going in a wonderful direction!
