I'm Amanda Blair Cairo—NBC-HWC board-certified holistic health coach with advanced training in hormone and gut health. I guide women like you through personalized, evidence-based strategies to support lasting wellness—without gimmicks, overwhelm, or pressure to be perfect.

I know the wellness space is noisy right now. Gut health is everywhere. So are "cleanses," influencers promoting probiotics for commission, and viral “resets” that don’t work. That’s not what I do.

At Nourished Content, we go deeper. I help you uncover the root causes of your symptoms, strengthen your body’s natural resilience, and create routines that feel nourishing and realistic—because real change happens in daily life, not in 21-day challenges.

You could Google a meal plan. You could ask AI for a list of supplements. But what you can’t replace is the connection, the lived experience, the support, and the accountability that comes from working with a coach who truly knows how to guide you through change.
