Autumn is a great time to begin to shed things you don’t want to bring with you into the new year. Here are 12 prompts to help you find some clarity on what you’re bringing with you, and what you’re leaving behind.

  2. What's draining my energy?

  3. What do I want to learn more about?

  4. Who are 3 people I admire? Why?

  5. How can I be more like those I admire?

  6. How am I already demonstrating traits I admire?

  7. How do I define success?

  8. What does self-care look like for me?

  9. What accomplishments am I proud of from last month?

  10. What is a short term goal I am certain I can achieve?

  11. What does my ideal day look like? (ie. where are you? who are you with, and what are you doing?

  12. What can I de-clutter physically or emotionally to find more ease and simplicity?
